CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Online Order Cancellations

         Custom, made-to-order and personalized orders cannot be canceled, no refunds will be provided. 

         Orders for items excluding special orders, if canceled within 48 hours a full refund can be provided. 

 

Online Purchase Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@fredsegalhome.com to return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. 

  1. Item arrived damaged
  1. Shipped item is in a different color or size
  1. Wrong item was shipped

Upon return, your item will be inspected before store credits or refunds are issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be credited or refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects or transit damage.

 

In-Store Purchase and Returns

If you purchased an item in store (not including furniture, made to order, special order or bulky items) you can return it within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of purchase with proof of purchase, if the item was not used and is in original packaging. You can then choose to receive store credit or exchange for another item.

 

Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items installed, such as lighting and fixtures. Please see a list of non-returnable merchandise. 

 

The product was never delivered

If you have not received your product. Please contact us at support@fredsegalhome.com and we can help you with your order.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any or all items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Our stores cannot accept returns of furniture or bulky items.
