Prena Vintage Terracotta Pots

These vintage terracotta pots, handcrafted and thrown, were initially utilized to store water and buttermilk. Each pot is meticulously shaped by hand and fired in a wood-burning kiln.  The embers contributed to a unique patina and the surface smoothed by the passage of time and usage.

As discovered, handcrafted objects, differences in size and shape contribute to the individual character of each piece and should be welcomed and appreciated. Therefore, no two pots are identical.
