Allows the compact Frame Reformer to be used by people of a wide range of heights. Supports a wider range of motion during workouts. The box is a platform extender, allowing for greater range of motion and creating an additional two feet to support all heights. It adds the perfect support to supine, prone, kneeling, and lateral poses.
